THE BLEND
Wallflower is a three bean blend built around sweetness and structure. Expect a syrupy body, caramel and cocoa, with a hit of red fruit coming from the natural-processed Brazilian component. Balanced and versatile, it performs well as punchy espresso and holds its own in milk-based drinks.

Riverdale Estate is located in Yercaud, a forestry station situated high in the Shevaroy Hills of the Eastern Ghats. The farm sits at an elevation of 1450masl, with natural spring water flowing through it and a forest reserve around it.

PSC X is a fully washed lot blended from a selection of Papua New Guinea's smallholder producers, bringing together coffees from across the country's highland growing regions to create a consistent, dependable cup.
