THE COFFEE

Ethiopia Kochere is a washed single origin from the renowned Kochere woreda in the Gedeo Zone — one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Grown at high altitude by smallholder farmers and processed at centralised washing stations, this coffee expresses the bright, clean character that makes Ethiopian washed coffees so distinctive. A crisp, fruit-forward cup with floral lift and a clean finish.
