SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES INCLUDE HAND-PICKING RIPE CHERRIES, METICULOUS SORTING, AND FERMENTATION, FOLLOWED BY A CONTROLLED DRYING PROCESS. THESE METHODS ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY COFFEE, OFTEN CATEGORIZED AS GRADE 2, WHILE ADDRESSING THE LOGISTICAL HURDLES FACED BY SMALL-SCALE FARMERS. THE GROUP’S FOCUS ON QUALITY CONTROL, MARKETING, AND EXPORT LOGISTICS HAS HELPED IMPROVE THE PROFITABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY OF THE FARMERS INVOLVED.
